*Job Description: *Responsible for job site production for all stages roofing, including installation & repairs for residential or commercial projects. Applies acquired knowledge & skills to direct performance & execution of True Force procedures with job specifics and company expectations. Maintains a safe & clean job site throughout project execution. Professional conduct and communication with customers, suppliers and team. Coordinates with production team in planning and through completion to maximize efficiencies & execution quality.
*DUTIES:*
* Supervises crew for project accuracy, performance & customer focused results
* Ensures compliance of production steps, product guidelines & True Force standards
* Logistic coordination of materials, tools & equipment
* Acquire knowledge of roofing industry & completes training
* Professional appearance & conduct as company representee
* Identify & evaluate problems, select & implement sound resolution
* Provides and receives input from team members in routine communications & meetings
* Operates and maintains company vehicles & equipment
* Completes inspections, CRM & reports
* Reports to branch and production leaders
*Qualities Characteristics Aptitude:*
* Physically able to climb ladders, walk roofs and carry heavy equipment & materials
* High energy & customer focus
* Work outside, overtime & Saturdays availability for “on-call” weekends
* Driver’s License, good driving record & can tow a trailer
* Strong verbal & written communication skills
* Team oriented & adapts to change
* Spanish speaking a plus (but not required)
* Mobile app & basic computer skills
* Organized, problem solver
* High standards, integrity & work ethic
* Salary: $800.00 to $950.00 /week

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
